Entrance and Clearance Procedures
for ALL Non-U.S. Virgin Islands Vessels
URGENT NOTICE
ALL vessels of foreign registry MUST notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) 24 hours in advance BEFORE entering U.S. waters. You must include last port of clearance and a crew list with nationality, passport number and visa (if available) for each crew member.

For vessels arriving before February 19, 2010, all formalities must be completed at the CBP Gallows Bay office. Call 340-773-1011, between 0800 and 1630, or fax your request for service to: 340-773-5639.
For your convenience, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers will be available at the St. Croix Yacht Club, Friday, February 19, 2010, from 1200 to 1900
